Je Me Souviens: Portraits of Who We Are

2021/2022

COM-Unity Project Part 2

For the second phase of the COM-Unity project, Seniors Action Quebec plans to produce a series of videos showcasing English-speaking community organizations across the regions of Quebec, who work directly with seniors, and highlight the specific challenges and difficulties they face while working to support their community. By sharing the stories of these front-line community workers, we can gain insight into how to support seniors, how to work with them to foster a sense of belonging and how to win the battle against isolation.

The COM-Unity Project, is a collaborative effort between Seniors Action Quebec and BCRC, ELAN, Learn, QAHN, and Y4Y Québec. Each organization is contributing from the perspective of the community that they serve, to an examination of the concept of belonging in the minority English-speaking community of Quebec.
