Elizabeth Brown

Elizabeth Brown is the Director of Single Seniors for Tax Fairness (SSTF), an organization dedicated to addressing tax inequalities that affect single seniors in Canada. Based in Toronto, she is a retired professional who has worked across the public sector and in consulting roles in human resources and information technology. As a lifelong single, Elizabeth brings a deep, personal commitment to advocating for fair tax policy for single seniors, combining lived experience with professional expertise.
Claire Webster

Claire Webster is a professional Dementia Care Educator and Consultant with lived experience as a family caregiver. She is the Founder and President of Caregiver Crosswalk Inc., and the Founder and Ambassador of the McGill University Dementia Education Program. Claire is a member of the Government of Canada’s Ministerial Advisory Board on Dementia and served as one of McGill University’s senior co-editors for the Alzheimer’s Disease International World Reports in 2021 and 2022. In March 2025, she was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of her exceptional work in supporting people living with dementia and their caregivers.

Andrew De Four, CPA

Andrew De Four is the Founder and President of Customized Homecare, a Montreal-based home-care agency established in 2013 to help families ensure their loved ones can age safely and with dignity in their own homes while receiving specialized care for chronic or critical illnesses.
Before founding Customized Homecare, Andrew spent more than 15 years in senior finance and procurement roles with national and global companies including Telus, Air Canada, Abbott Laboratories, Pfizer, and General Electric. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Seniors Action Quebec.
Andrew is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Concordia University.
