2025 - 2026 Annual General Meeting

At this business meeting, the membership will also be electing its 2026-2027 Board members.

If you wish to submit your candidacy for a Board position, the process is as follows:

• Please submit your name as a potential board candidate, providing the Nominations Chair with a Letter of Intent outlining the reasons you wish to be involved and the skills/ experience you will bring.
• In addition, a one (1) page bio would be beneficial.

These documents MUST be received by May 18, 2026 (30 days before the AGM)

• Board members are expected to serve on at least one (1) committee.
• Nominations cannot be accepted from the floor during the Annual General Meeting.
• Your Letter of Intent and bio can be sent by or by mail to:

Member in Good Standing

To be eligible to vote at the AGM or to run for a Board seat, you must be a member in good standing with your 2026 annual membership dues to the organization paid in full.

The deadline to receive membership dues is May 18^th, 2026.
