This three-year strategic plan sets the direction for Seniors Action Quebec from 2026 to 2029, guiding how we work, grow, and lead in support of English-speaking seniors across the province. It is grounded in what we have learned from the community, our partners, and the broader sector, highlighting where we can make the greatest impact. Beyond guiding our day-to-day work, this plan strengthens our commitment to building an organization that is sustainable over the long term and provides a clear framework to focus our efforts, measure our progress, and stay accountable to the community we serve.

- Partnerships and sector influence
- Leverage strategic partnerships and programming to strengthen Seniors Action Quebec’s positioning, collaboration, and influence within the seniors and community sector.
- Accessible, high-impact, and viable programming
- Deliver targeted programming for English-speaking seniors across Quebec that is accessible, high-impact, financially sustainable, and appropriately staffed.
